Find Out About Our Groups & Activities

Please note:

All activities and groups have been suspended in line with Government guidelines on Covid 19.  We hope to resume normal activities in the near future.

For People with Dementia

Triple A is a voluntary organisation offering support and outdoor activities for people living with dementia and their carers, in Bracknell, and its surrounding areas.

Our ethos has always been to support people with dementia to remain active, out and about in the community, as opposed to being day centre based, wherever possible.  We aim to offer activities that will allow maintenance of existing skills, interests and hobbies and that will also provide opportunities to make new friends and develop new interests.

For Carers

We have a monthly carers group that meet during the day.  The group is set up to offer a rolling programme of information about dementia, a range of books written on the subject of dementia for lending and, most importantly a listening ear.  We want the groups to be a safe haven, somewhere to spend time recharging batteries and enjoying a cup of tea with people who understand and appreciate the caring role in all its glory!

Please remember to contact us first if you would like to attend or visit any of our groups as the group may be full or may not be suitable for you or your relative.
